Taking Prescript Assist absent any other enzyme formulation – or probiotic will likely help you in ways you could only imagine. If you have read about this product you may ask yourself ‘why throw in the kitchen sink’ (as to add other probiotics which might contraindicate?
Maybe start out with a half a cap (opened) into your mouth.
Prescript Assist – first introduced back in 1993 – under a different name has proven itself remarkable safe and effective. I am sorry for your poor response and if you want to communicate directly with me – my company may be of help, all of which will be a ‘no charge, or expense to yourself.
Look up Prescript Assist in Google Scholar – you will see who provided the product for the Clinical Trial for IBS – back in 2004 (published in 2005) – and you can find your way to where you will get help and maybe a greater perspective on this truly remarkable product.

Hi Christina, great article thank you. I have come across another soil based strain which sounds interesting called Latero Flora. I was wondering if you would you knew anything about it and if you would recommend Prescript Assist above Latero Flora. I suffer from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth which was treated with Antibiotics (Rifaximin) but it has since relapsed. I’m looking for the best way to repopulate my intestinal flora and fight the battle of dysbacteriosis. Thnaks in advance!
I wanted to add my experience with Primal Defense. I have Hashimoto’s, celiac, histamine intolerance, etc. On my health path I’ve taken several strains of probiotics. I would change strains/brands after the bottle was finished. I was tested for leaky gut with Cyrex Array 2, and also had the Genova comp. stool test #2100. Both indicated leaky gut, and the Genova test indicated gluten exposure. I also did the Cyrex cross-reactivity test which showed positive for barley (equivocal for buckwheat, positive to quinoa, and negative for oats … all of which I was eating in sporadic amounts). I was shocked. Where would I get barley? After looking at every product in my kitchen: Primal Defense states it’s gluten-free, and legally they would be (even if this was prior to the legal standard). I asked Jordan Rubin myself when he was in town on book tour, and he told me they test it and it meets that requirement. Well, 20ppm was too much for this celiac, so celiacs be warned.
